Coomassie Brilliant Blue (CBB) staining is commonly used for preparative gels. Since coordinates of protein spots on preparative gels differ from those measured on silver stained gels or autoradiographs, we show them here for comparison. At present, there are 511 proteins identified on the CBB stained preparative master gel.
