Genexp is a tool of simulation of dynamics of genetic regulatory networks. The theoretical background can be found in [Vohradsky 2001]. Two versions of the program are available: the first runs under Matlab 6.1 and the second was compiled as a stand-alone application running under MS Windows.

            Compiled Version:  setupsim.zip (8,029 KB)

            Matlab Version:  sim.6.1.zip (188 KB, for ver 6.1) or sim.6.5.zip (188 KB, for ver 6.5) or sim.7.0.zip (189 KB, for ver 7.0)

Requirements:

            Compiled version: tested under Windows NT/2000.

            Matlab version:  all operating systems which have MATLAB 6.1 package installed.

Notes: 

            NOTEPAD editor has to be  installed.

            During installation of the compiled version, type target paths without space or special characters otherwise the installation will fail!

            During the run of Genexp you can invoke 'Using help' menu item for more aid.

            All scripts were built in MATLAB version 6.1.
